Our Grout Shield Colorants are not refundable – But they are returnable for an even exchange for STANDARD COLORS only if you don’t like your color selection upon product arrival, Or we will offer an in store credit. Please note that CUSTOM COLORS are not pre bottled products, they are custom made for every individual customer to produce a quality product and are therefore not returnable or refundable.
You can walk on it in 10 to 12 minutes, however it takes 48 hours to fully cure. Keep sealed areas dry for 48 hours to ensure best results.

When cleaning the floor it’s important to change your mop water when it appears dirty. Always use a mop to agitate cleaning agent on grout surface. Dry grout with towel or terry cloth. Should any area have dried up surface stains simply spot clean with straight Grout Shield Maintenance Cleaner.
