Our Grout Shield Colorants are not refundable – But they are returnable for an even exchange for STANDARD COLORS only if you don’t like your color selection upon product arrival, or we will offer an in-store credit. Please note that CUSTOM COLORS are not pre bottled products, they are custom made for every individual customer to produce a quality product and are therefore not returnable or refundable.
